The Condo St Maarten residence offers two types of accommodations: The panoramic waterfront apartment as well as the standard apartment on the side of the property. The apartments are modern and spacious in a quiet and secure residence.
The panoramic apartment, with a surface area of 90m², can accommodate up to 4 people. From your bed, you'll have a breathtaking view of the bay as if you were on a boat. You can admire cruise ships heading towards Philipsburg and, in the distance, the islands of Saba and St Kitts. The apartment features a large terrace overlooking the sea, where you'll be lulled by the sound of the waves. The bedroom has a king-size bed, and the living room has a sofa bed. From the shower, a large window provides a view of the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped to ensure you lack nothing during your stay.
The standard apartment, with a surface area of 40m², has a sea view from the bathroom and the terrace. It can accommodate 2 people and has a bedroom with a king-size bed. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the living room is spacious.

Location is fantastic, the beach in front of the apartment and lots of good restaurants and grocery stores within 5 minutes drive and it is really quiet at night. wifi worked very well which was important to me as I was combining a few weeks of work and holidays. The hosts are super responsive, very kind and supportive. I could not recommend this place more, absolutely loved it and hope to return soon!
