Condo St Maarten is a modern and recently built residence in 2023, located by the seaside in the quiet and secure Indigo Bay development. Everything has been designed so that the client can enjoy the magical view at every moment. Ideally situated between the Dutch capital Philipsburg, with its magnificent bay lined with a long white sandy beach, duty-free shops, cruise ships, and Simpson Bay known for its nightlife, casinos, restaurants, and nightclubs. Supermarkets are just a 5-minute drive away.
