Condo St Maarten is a modern and recent residence built in 2023 by the sea in the calm and secure development of Indigo Bay. Everything has been arranged so that the client can enjoy this magical view at every moment. Ideally located between the Dutch capital Phillipsburg with its magnificent bay lined with a long stretch of white sandy beach, its duty-free shops, its cruise ships, and Simpson Bay, renowned for its nightlife, casinos, restaurants, and nightclubs. Supermarkets are just a 5-minute drive away.
